What platforms or operating systems do you offer?
We offer Windows servers running Windows 2000 and IIS, and Linux servers running Apache Web Server.
How do I update my website?
You can access and update your website using an FTP program or FrontPage. To log on, use your website address, and your assigned username and password.
Do you maintain a backup of my website?
Yes. Each day, we make a tape backup of your website which is available in the event your website is corrupted by a programming mistake, etc.
Which HTML programming languages do you support?
We support ColdFusion, FrontPage, .NET, PHP, ASP, Java Scripts, Perl, CGI, and iHTMLWhich database solutions do you support?
We support MySQL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft SQL databases.
How do I access my email?
You can access your email from any browser by going to http://mail.yourdomain.com.
What is the size limit of each email box?
The standard size of email boxes is 10 MB. Upon request, we will increase this mailbox size if circumstances justify it.
Are secure transactions supported (SSL hosting)?

Can I track how many people visit my Website?
Yes. All accounts come with a powerful hit statistics reporting tool that shows the number of hits, page views, referrer logs, country stats and more! You can even look at this data in a graphical format showing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activity. To access this reporting tool, go to http://www.yourdomain.com/stats.
Can I use my private FTP account as an anonymous FTP service?
No. The private FTP account that is given to you is meant for uploading and managing your website. If you intend to store files for public download, we recommend setting it up via http instead.
Do you provide a dedicated IP address for each hosting account?
No. Like most hosting service providers, we do not provide a dedicated IP address for each hosting account due to the world shortage of IP addresses. If special circumstances require that your website have a dedicated IP address, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
What do I do if I forget my username and password?
You can call 1-800-208-0408 extension 3, or send an email to hosting@usnx.com.
I uploaded my site, but I get a Forbidden Error Message when I try to view it.
Make sure the front page of your site in named index.html. If you need it named differently, please let us know so we can set up the alternate filename on the server.
